Your responsibilities include developing construction details that comply with the design intent and project budget, preparing complete concise design and construction drawings, researching materials for specific projects, Quality Control review of construction documents for completeness including coordinating details and dimensions, assist in Construction Administration submittal reviews and RFI’s, and conduct existing conditions survey. Pay wages:
$72,000 - $88,000 annual (depending on experience and qualifications)

Shift:
40 hours per week. Standard workdays and hours of FourFront Design Inc are Monday through Thursday, 7 AM to 5 PM and Friday 8 AM to 12 PM. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. Flexibility in schedule considered if job duties are satisfactorily met. Hybrid work location.
Experience Required:
Professional degree from a National Architectural Accrediting Board (NAAB)-accredited program
4 to 6 years’ experience in Architecture with practicing knowledge of techniques, theories and a broad knowledge of precedents, skill in application of architectural principles.
Proficiency with current tools of the trade (AutoCAD/Revit) in accordance with needs of the company; ability to interpret sketches, plans, specifications and to analyze and solve drafting problems.
Understanding of current building, life safety and accessibility code requirements.
Prefer experience in BIM model building.
Architect Registration.
Duties:
Consults with client to determine functional and spatial requirements of new structure or renovation, and prepares information regarding design, specifications, materials, color, equipment, estimated costs, and construction time.
Plans layout of project and integrates engineering elements into unified design for client review and approval.
Calculates costs and time schedules for proposed work.
Prepares scale drawings and contract documents for building contractors.
Checks all technical work for accuracy and recommends changes to clients as required.
Administers construction contracts and conducts periodic on-site observation of work during construction to monitor compliance with plans.
Prepares project designs and plans using computer assisted design software and equipment.
Directs activities of workers engaged in preparing drawings and specification documents and develops technical competence of project team member.
Maintain liaison with the client after project completion.
Background check, drug testing, and fingerprints by client may be required.
Must be able to work in the United States.
