• Complete analysis of fire hazards in design projects.
• Mitigate potential fire risks and damage through proper design, construction arrangement, and use of building materials, structure, industrial processes, and transportation systems for new and existing buildings.
• Advise and participate in the design, installation, and maintenance of fire detection and suppression systems and related communication systems.
• Examine building design plans.
• Perform hydraulic analysis of sprinkler and other fire safety systems.
• Research the behavior of fire under specific conditions.
• Visit onsite facilities to inspect premises and provide recommendations.

Minimum Education Level :

Bachelor's Degree

5+ years

$80,000 min start - $160K max + yearly

Standard workdays and hours of FourFront Design Inc are Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. Flexibility in schedule considered if job duties are satisfactorily met. Job is in office, remote and hybrid.
